It is an easy drive from the major airports that service the area, which
are Evansville, Indiana
(EVV) and Louisville, Kentucky
(SDF).
- From Louisville Airport: Take I-264 W from the
airport and continue approximately 10 miles to I-64 W (towards St. Louis). Once on 1-64 travel
approximately 70 miles to Exit 57 - US 231 - Jasper/Huntingburg/Dale.
At the stop sign off of the interstate, turn left (south) on US 231 and
travel approximately 2 miles to Dale.
Arriving in Dale on
the
same road, continue to the stop light at the intersection of Washington
(US
231) and Medcalf (Hwy 62) and turn left (East). Travel 3 blocks
to Gaines Street and make a right (south). Travel one block and
you will be at the corner of the Witte House Inn.
- From Evanville Airport:
Take Hwy 57 North out of the airport and travel approximately 8
miles at which the Hwy will meet Interstate 164. Continue on
I-164 for 3 miles to I-64 East (Louisville exit). Travel I-64 E
until you reach Exit 57 - US 231 - Jasper/Huntingburg/Dale.
At the stop sign off of the interstate, turn right (south) on US 231 and
travel approximately 2 miles to Dale.
Arriving in Dale on the
same road, continue to the stop light at the intersection of Washington
(US
231) and Medcalf (Hwy 62) and turn left (East). Travel 3 blocks to
Gaines Street and make a right (south). Travel one block and you will
be at the corner of the Witte House Inn.
